8 Side plank raises 

8 Side plank with leg abductions

then 3 rounds of

5 glute bridges with 5 sec pause on top

20 Shoulder taps plank

5 cobra push ups

2 . EMOM for 15’

1st min: 14 alternating DB snatch

2nd min: 15 chair dips

3rd min: 12 jump squats

3 . 3 sets of 10-15 reps each hand of

muscle db clean
