QUARANTINE DAY 4

1 . CORE

4 rounds of

1 min plank

30 sec side plank R + 30 sec side plank L,

30 sec superman hold

2 . 5 min amrap

5 kb 1 arm swings + 5 kb clean + 5 kb push press

then the other arm

kettlebell should not touch the ground for 5 min

rest 3 min, then another 5 min  amrap

5 1 arm kb snatches + 5 front squats + 5 back step  lunges

then the other arm

also try 5 min unbroken reps
