5 Inchworm push up

30-20-10 reps of

goblet squat & hand release push ups

rest 3 min

then 3 rounds of 8 kb snatches + 8 kb front rack lunges each hand

3 . 3 rounds with a kettlebell of

16 halo 8 right +8 left

10-15 biceps curl

10-15 overhead triceps extensions
