3rd min 15 american swings

4th min 20 air squats

ADVANCE

1. front squat 2-2-2-2 every 1:30

2. emom 5 min, 1 hang power clean – 1 hang squat clean

3. 15 min for

3 rounds of 20 american swings, 50 double unders, then

3 rounds of 15 burpees, 20 t2b, then

amrap 6 c2b, 6 jump over the box, 6 dead lift (body weight)
