B. in 3 min amrap of legless rope climp, chance every 2 reps, count total reps

rest 3 min

C. for time 3 rounds each of 15 ground 2 overhead 40/25kg, 15 t2b, for ground 2 overhead use clean & jerk, or power snatch

rest as needed &

D. in 7 min  60 burpees jump over the box & then 60 chest pull ups, chance every 10 reps, & then amrap bar muscle up, chance every 3 reps
