1. practice snatch – (snatch balance, muscle snatch, hang power or hang squat snatch) 3 x 4-5 all
2. tabata! (push ups – sit ups – pull ups – squats) 8 sets each, 20” work, 10” rest. No rest between exercises
CF ADVANCE
1. snatch 2-2-2-2-2 (rest 2′)
2. for time 12-9-6-3 reps of hang power snatch, weighted pull ups (50/25kg bar)
3. ghd sit ups & back extensions 5 x 20
