10 pass through with a dowell

10 overhead squats

10 sots press

10 front step lunges with dowell pass trough

2 . core training

4 max sec L-sit

after every l-sit 30 sec superman hold

then rest 1 min

3 . in 10 min amrap of this ladder

2 alternative db snatches – 2 push ups

4 alternative db snatches – 4 push ups

6 alternative db snatches – 6 push ups

4 . 3 rounds of

10 bulgarian split squats

10 biceps curls (kettlebell)

10 overhead triceps extensions (kettlebell)
