30 mountain climbers
2 . death by burpees
every minute on the minute
6 swings + 6 front rack lunges + 1 burpee
go as far as you can adding 1 burpee every minute until fail
3 . 3 sets of 8-10 renegade row each side
then 3 sets of 15 biceps curl &
15 overhead triceps extensions
with a kettlebell
