1 . 3 rounds of
5 birddog each side
10 alterative leg raises
3 rounds of 5 right + 5 left tall kneeling kb halo
3 rounds of 7 reps each hand half kneeling one arm kb press
3 rounds of 5 reps one leg dead lift each side
2 . 30-20-10 reps for time of
db clean & jerks, split reps & kb sdhp
3 . 3 supersets of
10-15 db hang muscle cleans each hand
10-15 kb biceps curl with 2 hands
rest 1 min between supersets
