2. for time 40-30-20-10 reps of alternative lunges, push ups, american swings, then run 2km
ADVANCE
1. emom 5 min, 1 clean & jerk 80%
2. emom 5 min, 2 hang squat clean
3. emom 5min, 1 hang power clean
4. 3 rounds, one every 3 min of 6 strict press, 9 hang power clean, 12 front squat, add 10/5 kg every round
