2. 2′ time cap for 36 dead lift, 24 hang power clean, 12 push press 50kg rest 1′,
then 2′ time cap with 60kg for 18 dead lift, 12 hang power clean, 6 push press, rest 1′
and with 70kg bar amrap 1′ dead lift, rest 1′, 1′ hang power clean, rest 1′, 1′ push press (bar on the rack), count each min separate.
