QUARANTINE DAY 10

1 . core

3 rounds of

20 crunches

10 leg lock bridges each side

20 sec isometric superman hold

20 sec isometric hollow hold

2 . 3 rounds of

2 turkish get up each side

then 3 rounds of

20 one arm russian swings each side

3 . do this ladder for time

from 2 – 4 – 6….to 20 reps

sdhp & thrusters with a kettlebell

(hold the kettlebell with both hands symmetrical)
