2. amrap in 15 min of 1 pull up, 2 push ups, 3 air squats, double reps in every round

1-2-3, 2-4-6, 4-8-12, 8-16-24, 16-32-48……, every minute on the minute 3 reps dead lift, weight on bar the same with 5 rm.
