2. 4 rounds for time of 15 push ups, 10 pull ups, 5 hang power clean

ADVANCE

12 min warm up with snatch drills

1. practice snatch 15 min

2. emom 5 min, 3 hang power snatch, 6 burpees over bar

3. amrap 5 min, 5 power clean & press overhead, 10 t2b

4. 5 rounds for time of 5 bar muscle up, 7 burpees jump over the box, 30 double unders  time cap 10 min
