30 kb swings, 15 reps each

18 burpee box jumps, 9 reps each

6 rope climbs, one by one

time cap 15 min

then rest 5 min and perform for time, with a 18 min time cap

100 pull ups, every 10 reps

200 push ups, every 20 reps

300 air squats, every 30 reps

scale reps for part 2,

60 pull ups – every 5

120 push ups  – every 10

180 squats – every 15
