no 3 does amrap of 4 dumbbell thrusters each hand – 5 burpees over dumbbell

part 2

no 1 runs 750m / or 60 burpees

no2 does amrap 4 overhead lunges left hand – 4 right hand – 6 t2b

no3 does amrap 5 push press – 5 sdhp – 10 air squats

no rest between part 1 & 2
